Wyeast shipped ground?

I just received my organic IPA kit from 7 Bridges and it came with the Wyeast 1968 London. Question is, since it went from Cali to Wisconsin on a truck for 5 days, and the cold pack basically warmed up to room (or truck) temp, is the yeast still good?

Was it shipped with an ice pack? If so, it probably isnt cooked but I would make a starter just to be safe. If it doesnt swell after Activation...its toast and needs to be replaced. Let me know how it turns out and I would be happy to help with that.

Shipped with the ice pack and sealed up pretty well with bubble wrap.

Just finished off a Dogfish Head IPA... Mmmmmmm.
