Ahhhhhhh... He'll get used to aroma I'm sure. Especially when he drinks for free! How is yours coming along? ANy change in funk or sourness? What's the aroma like? Any ideas for my Friday all Brett brew regarding aeration, ferm. temps?

Do a split batch and experiment with aerating/not aerating and fermenting warm and cold. AND TAKE GOOD NOTES! With sour/wild beers, there is still relatively little known about them, and your notes can help flesh things out. Make a blog if you are going to be doing lots of sour/wild experiments. It helps us all out!
