Perhaps you could do both. Choose one way this time and see how you like the result. Then do the other and compare. The first way might be pretty good, but the 2nd might be way better than the first, so do both. Once again, it is th ol' personal preference thing. If you like it, you like it. Right?
Either way, you will be drinking some pretty good beerskies! Hopefully :shock:

After lots of thinking about it I went ahead and racked the beer to a secondary on top the fruit tonight. krausen had just fallen so I figured it was a good time to do something. Tastes good, a little yeasty right now but I am sure it will be fine.
