I would like to hear from people that have used this yeast and would like to know know what that best fermentation temps are for this. I know that White Labs says 65 to 70 but how true is this, as what the masses do? I am thinking of fermenting a cream ale with this yeast and am thinking about fermenting it @ 60 F, what would those that have used this yeast recommend when it comes to using this yeast?
