thanks man. Since I am brewing in my garage with a brew belt, the temp range has been between 52-58*. It was steady at 58 but then we have been getting snow and sudden freezing crap lol. but it should be almost done. our house temp is 70-73* . that is my only contention with doing a D rest. ugh. still undecided.... may just bring it up to temp and then keg and crash it.
