brew day held off

Made my starter and set it on the stir plate on friday afternoon, may not have a chance to brew until wed. should I let it go that long or take it off and chill it at some point>

as long as it was clean and healthy it should hurt anything. maybe add some more food?

I would prob crash it, decant off the old wort, then the day before you are ready to brew, make a new starter with it, it should be at high krausen when you are ready to pitch.....grow some more yeasties.
