So the day yester I made a bonehead move. I pitched to vials of different yeast. Cali Ale and Irish Ale. I was in a rush at the brew store and accidentally bought 1 Irish Ale and 1 Cali Ale vial instead of 2 Cali Ales as I intended. Well this mistake went undiscovered until right after I pitched both the yeasts. I looked at a tube and was like, WTF Irish Ale? I didn't buy that! Yup I'm a dumbass!
So does anyone have any predictions on what will happen? Will one yeast win out? Will they combined to make an Irish-American from California? Or maybe a Californian living in Ireland? All that I know is I am going to be very interested in the outcome.
Its in a Double IPA OG: 1.082 IBU 120ish.
