Blowoff and FG

So fermented a 5.25gal batch of Denny's Rye IPA and apparently the yeast were very happy. So happy in fact that they threw up all over the towel i wrap my carboy in.

When the party was over i noticed about 1/4gal missing from where i started. How do i account for that missing sugar/alcohol/gravity in my FG?

Measured OG: 1.070
Measured FG: 1.013
App. Att.: 81%
WLP051 Cal V yeast (est. App. Att. 70-75%)

You don't need to. You can assume that the mixture blown off was mostly yeast. The rest would have been a homogeneous mixture of sugar/alcohol/water so all you are missing is about a quart of total volume of the same gravity as what you have left. No accounting needed.
