Has anyone used this dry yeast? I'm using it for a cyser right now (OG 1.090, ferment temp 62degF). The cyser advanced to the second round of the NHC and I'm currently re-making it. My FG on the first batch was 1.005. I was wondering what your results have been with it in terms of terminal gravity and overall impression (not just cyser...everything).
I hadn't used dry yeast in about 4 years so this was a fun experiment for me. I'll let everyone know how everything turns out after the NHC.
