I, as well, am a frequent user of the fine line of LaSaffre products. I am a huge fan of the 05 and the T-58 as well as the lager strain 34/70. I currently have an American Pale Ale that I have split between 05 and the newer K-97. I will report back as I have had no tastes yet but I can tell you that the 97 does not want to floc.

I have found an improvement since I started rehydrating with Go-Ferm prior to pitching. Shorter Lag times and cleaner ferments.

The 06 can do a decent hefe in a pinch also....

Never heard of Go-ferm before. Do you just add it to your rehydration step?
