Have you ever..

.. been looking at your fermenter right before it starts to '' come alive''??
I just so happened to be right next to it when the fermentation started. Kinda surprised me with a huge GULP!! then it calmed down and started away.
anyway, thought this was interesting.
On tap at the LAB.

Winter Warmer - 5.4%
Amber's Sister Ale - 5.3%

Coming up -Dunkel

sounds like you have enough time to get a second batch going if you have that much time, or lay off the cuz for a bit.

And no, I don't sit next to my beer and wait for fermentation. I have a 2 year old son so after a brew day ALONE, the wife kinda gets cranky and I'm on daddy duty the rest of the day. The only time I have alone is when brewing and dumping. Now, to find a way to do both at the same time.... :nutters:
