so, my next two brews will be jamil's kolsch and alt. question is: would it be better to make the starters for these brews at the fermentation temp of 60F, or at something more suited to a growth phase like 70F. i'm thinking of going with 60F just to keep the yeast acclimated to the temp they will be working at.
