I’ve been told by a bunch of folks that I should enter my cider in an upcoming regional competition. I bottle conditioned the cider in 22oz bottles and the competition requires entries in 10-14oz bottles. How can I re-bottled the cider without ruining it?

Is there a contact # for the contest? I'd call them up and ask if they really, really mean it that your 22 oz bottles would be DQd. They might just tell you to go ahead and send them in as-is and not worry about it.
