Ill toss out the gauntlet and tell you about my XMas meals that involved beer this year:

Christmas Eve:
Crown Rib rack cooked with a Pils in the pan for making a gravy.
Garlic Mashed potatoes.
String beans with toasted pine nuts and new feta.
Wild green salad with walnuts, dried cranberries and a geuze-based vinagrette dressing
Ommegang beer

Christmas Night:
Grill Roasted leg of lamb. Stuffed with garlic, rubbed down with a curry powder and caraway seed mix and grilled for about 2 hours to an internal temp of 145. Basted during cooking with a Sweet Stout. Paired with a Saison Dupont. Backed up with stir fryed squash cooked with a pumpkin beer. Also had some sweet potatoes served with a sweet butter/stout/sugar mousse.

All times are UTC - 8 hours
