Cheese on Toast Two Ways & Brown Ale

One's a croque-monsieur and the other is a cheats take on Welsh rarebit. I just love brown, malt-forward ales with Cheddar and Emmental cheese. The sweetness of the malt, the sweetness in the cheese, the creamy fattiness of the cheese and some carbonation and bitterness. Delicious - thought I'd share a photo.
