Paxton stuffing/yam recipes?

I'm looking for 3 specific Paxton recipes from this month's beer advocate magazine...

    - Caramelized Leek Stuffing
    - Purple Rice Stuffing
    - Candied Garnet Yams

I just subscribed to BA hoping that these were available on their site somewhere but no-luck (also checked Paxy's site). The 4-6 weeks for my magazine will be a tad too late. If not too much trouble, can someone type these up or scan and email to me? It would be much appreciated!

Thanks guys. He mentions a couple of the stuffings in turducken article below but there's no corresponding stuffing recipes listed on his site.. I just assumed they'd be included in the magazine (volume II issue X).

Anatomy of a Bird: Making a Turducken

In Beeradvocate magazine volume II issue X, you can find the recipe for this wonderful dish. Here are the step by step directions on how to de-bone a turkey, duck and any other poultry or fowl...

I've emailed him a few times on some other things and he's been great. I just don't want to keep hammering the guy. :unicornrainbow: (With questions, that is.) I know he'd end up sending me the recipe but I don't want to be one of those pests.

I think the wife and I will just wing it. Thanks again!

I gave away all my back issues, or else I'd be happy to help.
