just make a pancake. you can either geek out and do it from scratch or you could just Bisquick. Just make a 8 inch diameter pancake and pour two shots of SA Utopias on it.

Its more of a fermented maple mead than a beer anyway....

Mmmmmmmm...high gravity pancakes.

And I thought real maple syrup was getting ridiculously espensive.

i'm not quite in the right tax bracket to justify $100 pancakes. but that does get me to thinking that mead pancakes might not be terrible

If I had a few extra cases or so of utopias Im sure Id give it a try
