St. Patrick's Day Dinner?

I am making Corned beef in Guinness. I have it soaking in Beef broth, spices, carrots, onions, And of course 1 1/2 btls. of Guinness. Last hour i will add the cabbage, more onion,garlic and potatoes.

i tried to save you some BadRock but i couldn't help it and i ate all 2 1/2 lbs of corned beef, as well as a whole lot of cabbage and potatoes. finished off with 3 btls of Guinness. it had the best flavor of any corned beef i have ever made. the guinness really does add a richness too it. you must try it.
