Nice work. Badrock has mentioned getting into making sausages. He keeps bringing me home really tasty sausages from a deli. Those pictures are pretty convincing too.

Every Christmas we make our own sausage. I go Italian style, fennel, black pepper, and sharp romano cheese. Love it!

My boss has been making some incredible old world sausages. I have now got the urge to make some myself.

Damn those look good BadRock! I'm going to have to step it up a but after seeing that. I just made a bunch of Italian sausage last night. Will cook em this weekend and follow with some more pics.
