We have a club picnic every year. This year it just rocked!!
Members always bring HB of course and everyone "judges" them and the winner gets their name ingraved on a stainless mash paddle from hell. Fun stuff!
This year I smoked 60 lbs each of Brisket and Pork Shoulder for 12 hours. Also grilled 50+ lbs of Chicken.
I think everyon was in a meat/beer coma the rest of the week!!
Home brewers are the coolest people!!
