BadRock ... thanks for the recipe. I made a batch with Heavy Seas Peg Leg Stout today for the game. The recipe has been added to my chili collection!

I was pretty happy with it this evening. I had a hard time staying out of it from Wednesday until now. I think I will make some minor tweaks next batch but all in all, It was great.

cooking a chili recipe right now. one of my professor's (i am in school with the army learning to speak Arabic fluently) was born in Lebanon, then moved to South America, then moved to Texas. all three of those places LOVE spicy food. anyhow... we do potluck lunches with our class all the time. i promised to make a chili that would not disappoint. i just sliced up a shit ton of fresh habenero peppers... i made the mistake of rubbing my cheek and brushing my lips.

Just made a veggie version of this a couple nights ago and am now having my third bowl for lunch........MAN AWESOME! That cinnamon punches through quite nicely.
