New from MN

Found the BN a few weeks ago, been listening since then. Thanks for the answering the couple of questions I have asked on the show. I'll send you some of the probably undrinkable IPA that I found fermenting at 82 degrees. I guess it goes without saying that I'm new at this. Cheers

I won't be giving up easily. The first batch I made was bad. The second one was good, and now the IPA disaster. I love it anyway.

Hey, don't worry too much about that first fermentation. With all the hops, you can mask some of those fermentation off flavors.
