Hello. My name is Quin, and I'm a beeraholic.

Greetings from the beer desert of the south. I got interested in homebrewing from seeing the Sam Adams commercials during Rescue Me. I've been listening to the Jamil shows for about a year now.

I been brewing about two years (AG for about 1). I usually brew 11 gallon batches on a three tier, two burner system. My brew rig consists of 14 gal Italian Kettle HLT, 54 qt Igloo MLT w/ copper manifold, and 15 gallon Megapot kettle, whirlpool immersion cooler, and fermentation fridge.

I just finished a run of German lagers. Octoberfest, German Pils, Helles, Dunkel, Dopplebock.
