Greetings to all.

Been a listener for a couple of years and finally decided to check out the forum.

I live in NC, home to some very good craft breweries.

I have been homebrewing for about 10 years. I brew 10 gallon all-grain batches about twice a month.

In 2006, I entered the NHBC for the hell of it. Never entered a competition before and ended up bringing home a gold medal in the New Entrant category.
