Hi everybody,
I'm a new hombrewer, doing my sixth batch this afternoon, a red ale. Turned on to the brewing network about a week or so. Have enjoyed listening to the Sesssion and Jamil show. Have gleaned a lot of info so far. Look forward more exchange.

Welcome aboard. I am a fairly new brewer as well. This place is great and helped me discover and correct many of the mistakes I had been making. Tons of great info if you dig the archives (posts and podcasts).
What you brewing today? I am going to brew today as well. I can't decide if it will be a Cream Ale, an IPA, an Oatmeal Stout, or a Dry Stout. I have the grains here for all of them. I will probably start with the Cream Ale to have it ready for hot weather which is right around the corner for us. Each will use a recipe from the Brewing Classic Styles book (you do have that don't you?) that hopefully will turn out as good as the authors batches.
