Greetings from the PNW

Sat Jan 26, 2008 2:54 pm

Been a listner for a few months and finally decided to join the insanity here. I have been brewing for a couple of years on and off but this show has kicked my ass into gear. Grew up in the wine country and have a large wine background. I am a shellfish biologist for a local tribe for those who care.

I have done most of my brewing as extract and partial mashes. However, I do have a friend with a B3 10 gallon system and have done some all grain with them and when I get out of this tiny apartment it will be te next step.

As for the casino I wish we got a cut of the profits or at least allowed us to not pay off our losses :D
