Well, seeing as how I've been posting away in here, I might as well introduce myself...seems only proper, dontcha know...

My name's Jay, and I've been brewing for 11 years. I've been active on the B3 forum for about 4 or so years (hey jp, nate, etc...) seems to be lotsa dual posters here. This site seems very cool because of the informality (insanity?). A bit more relaxed than the B3 forum... Over here it seems you can say "fuck" with out using the little %@$ icons and make kewl retard jokes with feckless abandon. Very nice. I must post more.

I'm into my 3rd all grain system (pics on the forum somewhere) and moved from Baltimore (where I grew up) to York PA 2 years ago. Recently finished the basement in the new house to be a beer shrine/man cave (see B3 forum topic here: http://forums.moreflavor.com/viewtopic.php?t=19664&highlight=).

Look forward to posting. Love the show BTW...I'm slowly working my way thru the archives......

Welcome... I used to frequent the B3 forum. But it too uptight, and just too much to follow. Now I hang out here with all the Short Bus tards
