Hey Everyone,

Just thought id drop in and say Hi.

Ive been brewing off and on for the past 11 years now, but now Im at a point in my life where I can spend some time taking better control of my process and hopefully come up with some excellent brews.

Ive been listening to the TBN pod casts now for a few weeks, and this place seems like a good wealth of knowledge for an aspiring competitor.

I look forward to corresponding with everyone.

Cheers!

Welcome to the madness! If you have any questions feel free to ask. You will mostly get good answers along with the occasional smart ass comments. With our help even Justin is slowly learning to make drinkable beer, so you should be able to make great beer.

Welcome Pat. With that avatar shouldn't you be making water into wine and not water into beer? I'm just asking ...
