Hello from Southern Oregon

Thu Aug 16, 2007 3:44 pm

I've been listening to the archives for some time and decided its time that I better get on the forums. Anyone else from the Southern Oregon area? I couldn't find any clubs out here so I've started my own. I've got 6 others in the club

I've only been brewing for about 6 months but I've done about 20 batches. I'm hoping to find some others out here in southern Oregon.

I'd also like to say thanks for the shows and the laughs.

It depends on what part of southern Oregon. If you're from Ontario, Nyssa, or Vale you're pretty close to our homebrew club out of Idaho. We have some meetings and group brews in Nampa, which would only be like a 40 min drive or so from there.

I used to live in Ontario and work in Boise. It was a long commute in the winter, but I got used to the drive.

Brewgirl and myself are from Ashland. We're in Colorado now, though we'll be returning to the area as soon as we're done w/ school.
