Welcome to the fun. If you got any questions about all grain ask away. We have lots of us here doing lots of variations of allgrain. We can help or help point you in the direction of info.

Welcome! Henning is right. There are many ways to do all grain and they are all wrong except for the way I do it. 8)

Anyway welcome to the obsession. Remember it gets more and more addictive.

Lynnwood? Thats near Bellevue right? I was up there last year for a class, and fell in love with the Seattle area. If I had it to do over again I would have got out there to live, any way I could! Bugeater and I live in Nebraska, which is like Seattle, without the rain, or the mountains, or the ocean.....get my point?

Ironically, I was in Omaha for a class about 10 years ago. I don't remember much about that 5 days... :eek

Normski, I'm across the water on Bainbridge, let me know if you make it over here. We brew the first weekend of the month.

Welcome to the forum from a new member! I just switched to all-grain in March, so I'm sure you're as excited as I was. Since then, I brew a lot more, which is pretty hard to do. Hopefully you will enjoy the new level of control over your brews.

Lynnwood is about 15 miles from bellevue, I do love it here but I did enjoyed the summer I spent at my grandpa's farm in Pine Bluffs WY, only had to go out the front door and walk 200 feet to be in Nebraska.
