Hello all,We are from westren Nebraska , have been brewing for the past 6 years or so also make wine and mead. this year we are doing cider.

Welcome to the forum. There are a couple folks from that end of the state on here. Which town out there are you from. I brewed my first beer in Chadron some 35 years ago.

Welcome to the BN! Good luck with your cider this year, several of the folks around here do ciders also.

I had to laugh when you said your from Alliance, I automate water and sewer treatment facilities and the City of Alliance is one of my clients. Small world. :lol:
