I have been brewing for a couple of years now, but have just started kegging my beer a few months ago. My problem is that most of the beer is ending up way to bitter, and I was not sure what to do about it. Please help. :?

How are your doing your hop calculations, meerly by weight or by weight + aau?
I know you Kangaroo lovers were getting old batches of hops in the past and since aau degrades over time (I'm sure some asshat has a formula) if you started getting a fresh batch of the hops the aau may be higher than what you are used to. Also if you are only going by weight you may have gotten a batch that is higher than before, so check the label and do the math.... or say fuck it and drink the beer anyway.

Hi Wolf, welcome.

Bitter or astringent? What has changed in your process or have you always felt your beers are too bitter? Does it mellow over time?

It has only been bitter since i have been kegging, I calculate my hops by weight only and i have not been brewing [properly] for that long to know if it is astringent or not [I know I sound like an idiot us kangarro lovers dont have much in the way of good beer info over here] . :D
