First I will search the first steps to produce my first batch of only 20Lt. And also Im looking for some plans for an equipment arrengement for my apartment to maximize the space.. If you have some Ideas it would be great...

Are you partial mash, extract, or all grain brewing?

It's typically easiest to start with extract. You take a lot of the more difficult steps out & deal with the really important ones - boiling & fermenting. Once you have those skills down, you can reuse all the equipment & add some more pieces to move to all grain.

I would recommend you start here: http://howtobrew.com/book/introduction

Read the introduction, the equipment page & the chapter on brewing with malt extract. I think that will answer a lot of your initial questions.
