Hi all,

Been lurking here a while and decided I should make an attempt to get "legal"

I am an all grain, BIAB, and traditional home brewer since 2012. In 2014 my beer, Way Off Kilter, a Scottish 60/ won the AHA Best in Show award.

I am now in the process of opening my own brewery and am experimenting with recipes and new brewing systems.

I read your highlight in Zymurgy and enjoyed hearing about your recipe development. Congratulations on your BOS in the NHC!
That is a serious accomplishment and one to be very proud of. Where abouts are you looking to open your brewery? What other styles do you enjoy brewing?
