Hello from NE Ohio!

Thu Dec 06, 2012 5:32 am

I'm Chris & I'm a BN-aholic.

Been listening for 2 years now, but decided to try to start contributing to the forum now. Only have internet at work, so that makes it a little tougher. I've made it through all the Brew Strong & Jamil Show podcasts & have 2008-mid 2010 of the Session to still catch up on.

Brewing-wise, I've been at it for 2-1/2 yrs...all-grain for about 2 yrs. I've got two brews going right now that will be ready to keg in a couple weeks. One is my first lager...a baltic porter that's been lagering for 2 months. The other is something I'm calling Pliny the Twin that will be ready for it's second of three dry-hopping additions on Saturday. That one is Jamil's Evil Twin recipe scaled up to about 8.5% with a slightly modified Pliny hop schedule that included a crap-tun of mash hops.

Cheers!
