Hello, name is Josh and I am from Southern Wisconsin-Lake Geneva area to be exact. I just recently started brewing beer and my first beer was an American Light Lager that I brewed with the help of a VERY knowledgeable instructor and owner of a local brewing supply store. Just brewed, on Sunday, an American Pale Ale, fingers crossed, hope it turns out.
