New Brewer from Wisconsin

I know what your are thinking. They teach beer brewing in 7th grade home ec. in Wisconsin. Really though, I just brewed my first batch which is fermenting as we speak. It was from an extract kit, a Petite Saison. I want to work my way up to some really big beers quickly. I love Triples, Quads, Scotch Ales, and most any beer with a high alcohol content as well as many German beers. Look forward to learning a lot here.
