Hi ...thank you for allowing me to hop : ) aboard and listen ...great great show ...originally from the UK now living in Largo Fl ...on the other coast...had a break from brewing for about twenty years..passion re ignited...will emulate brews using local water...not too much of an option ...checked DS waterprofile...Florida Aquifer...probably mash IPA for start ..also thinking about viability of home grown hops from rhizomes ...NIckn
