Hello from MA!

Thu Apr 26, 2012 6:14 am

Hey All,

Have been listening to The Sunday Session for a few months now, as well as Jamil's show & just joined the forum. Wanted to say hello from eastern MA. Love the shows! The Session has been laughing every week from the banter of Jason, JP, Tasty, Bevo, etc. Keep it up!

I've been homebrewing for probably the last 6 years (with a few year hiatus in the middle) & do both extract & all grain, depending on time. I look forward to getting advice from you all as issues/questions arise. Just recently moved over to kegging, which has been a challenge but worth it so far. Have had a hell of a time getting the foam/carbonation issues worked out.

Currently on tap - Honey Blonde w/ orange blossom honey. Conditioning: pilsner & just kegged a wit a few minutes ago.

Look forward to interacting on the forums!

Drinking it now - quite good. Added the honey late in the boil so really dried out the finish. Recommended....
