I'm a home brewer from Ontario, Canada and I just started listening to the Session this weekend. I'm fairly new to brewing (3 years and only ~15 batches under my belt) but I'm starting to ramp up my brew schedule and will hopefully have the capacity to brew 10-15 gallon batches soon. Right now I'm brewing 5 gallons at a time and will hope to be able to brew 1-2 times a month.
