Another new in NC

Live in Boone, NC - Work in Mooresville, NC

I have been listening to the podcasts for a while.

Brewed first batch this past weekend. Started with Palmers Oak Butt Brown. It is actively fermenting. I can't wait to try it. Already making plans for the next brew day.

Thanks to everyone for all of the great info.

Welcome aboard lowsmith! Glad to hear you caught the "bug". Just wait till you taste your first homebrewed beer. It will make you want to brew another one ASAP! Try to get your hands on as much literature as possible and don't be afraid to ask questions and seek advice as there are a ton of great brewers here with a lot of good experience and information willing to share.

Cheers -

Welcome to the asylum. One word of advice take anything bugeater tells you or recipe and do it. He is a wealth of great knowledge and never posts a recipe he hasn't brewed and all his recipes are outstanding. Oh and watch out oz is back cruiseing the :bnarmy: :asshat: :unicornrainbow: :crazybitch: forum after a five year hiatus.
