FNG, Brewing in the Ozarks

Hello all. I'm an all-grain brewer who's been brewing for about 4 yrs. I follow the KISS approach and brew with a batch sparge cooler tun with a braid, 32qt. alum pot on a turkey fryer burner and ferment 6.5 gal batches in plastic 8gal buckets. I have a JSP maltmill with an 20lb capacity aluminum hopper I welded together which I turn with a drill. I like my simple setup and really have no plans to upgrade.
I've been honing my process and strictly control ferm. temps in a Haier wine fridge. I build my water from RO and adjust mash pH with help from Hannah digital meter.
I love hoppy ales, but also brew some malty lagers, and pretty much anything else that strikes my fancy at the moment.
Looks like a great forum with some knowledgeable folks. Hope I can contribute some useful content to the place.

Thanks for the welcome, Scotch. I'm from SC originally--Easley (Greenville area). Folks still live down there.
My system ain't fancy, but it suits me just fine and I can break it down and fit in the closet post-brewday.
Cheers!

Well, my wife wants our closet back (frementation chamber) for some household crap like vacuums and such

You put makeup on when you brew? Do you test your beer with your tongue?
Most of us here just brew with no pants
Welcome!

Welcome!
I go all out. I find that blowing fire over the top of the wort enhances melanoidins. Here's a typical brewday for me.

HA! Laughed out loud on that one! Welcome to the big show.
May all of your brews be fiery and full of darkness!
