Hey gang, I've been lurking about for a while already but still thought I'd throw in my two cents. I'm a brewer of ten plus years now and most of those folks that try my creations agree that it's good beer but to be honest most of em are still too timid. I guess what I mean is what we as homebrewers get all the time, you know, "You what, brew your own beer?". Just gettin folks to "try" anything "different" is to much like work. Oh don't get me wrong I'll keep trying to convert the nonbeliever with stuff like "Yeah, you can do it too!" Of course the job is getting easier with the bottle laws in my state, Florida, changed several years back now there are many nice selections showing up right at the grocery store. I think some folks need to be trained to enjoy good beer since they formerly had nothing to really choose from beyond the names like Bud, Miller or Coor's. Ahhh, all I can say is man what a hobby. Now we can drink what we like because we have choices! Have I blabbered on enough yet? Yeah I think so. Ok gang Beer time!
Steve
