dude....not thinking straight is what we do best here
i take it from the title you want to make a asian style beer....we will dispence with all the normal "why the fuck you want to do that" and get straight to it
from what i have tasted in asian beers....mainly from japan, they seem to have little malt/hops profile, but are very crisp in taste, I would say that rice plays a big part in this....so maybe a big dose of rice and some pilsner malt, a very clean fermenting lager yeast, im not to sure what the brewing supplies are like there, but saf lager should be availble.....and hops would most likly be the noble variety, but in small doses >30 ibu maybe?
