Hi from NC

I've been devouring the archives at work whenever I can. It's a good thing there's a lot of them and they're long. Just started to read the forum.

I've been brewing for about a year now. Just got a brewing freezer. I've done some all grain but don't really have a system just doing it super ghetto style. I think i'm going to go back to mini mashes until i can afford to get a cooler and convert it into a mash tun. Or get a false bottom for a bucket.

Love the shows. Love the 5 o clock song.

Welcome to the BN, Good luck on your all grain batches, your right, sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and get some decent equipment. If you like the 5 o'clock song then check out this
