Hello from St. Chuck, MO

I'm pretty green in terms of the homebrewing, but I have been 'tasting' beer for a long time now. I did my first extract on 4.01.07 and have been completely into the brewing process ever since. Mostly reading (books, forums), but I plan on increasing my brew frequency. I'm preparing for an extract American wheat tonight, and then in a week an extract IPA.

I would like to be into All Grain very soon, I just have to acquire/build some more equipment. Look forward to learning from everyone, and in return I will provide some 'what not to do's".

Lots of great brewers in St. Chazz. I know a bunch of the First Capital Brewers and am an "officer" in the STL Brews. Get out to some meetings if you haven't. There's a Brews meeting this Thurs. Check out stlbrews.org. Also google "garage brewers" and you'll find the st. charles guys.

Welcome! From another new to the forum...
I had a blast visiting St. Louis. Great music scene I thought. I had to take the Bud tour too... I'm trying to think of something else cool I did but I guess I just drank too much & now don't remember much of it.
