Hey everyone!
I got bored cause there is no new show, and figured I'd step it up....join the forum. I've been brewing for about 2yrs now and got better when I started listening to the sunday shows about 1.5yrs ago. I actually started with mead and then got into beer, both of which now consume my carboys. I still brew extract/mini-mash just because of initial cost...money gets a little tight in grad school! Anyway, I look forward to offering what little I know...and learning much more from you vets.
