It is saw works. I call it new because it use to be marble city until recently when they had to change there name due to a law suit earlier this year. they also got a new brewmaster who was the assistant brewer from woodruff (downtown grill and brewery)

Go for it. I also compare extract w/ grain to buying stock and precut veggies and meat.
