Ey up from Leeds, UK

Sat Dec 08, 2012 1:03 pm

Hi, or as we say round here, Ey up! :D

I've been brewing all grain and listening to the BN since 2009. Try to brew at least once a week but the arrival of LB Jr has slowed production :D I brew most styles, but tend to lean towards US, Belgian and German beers. I have a small 5 gallon set up for new and experimental recipes, and a 20G 'big rig' for when I've got a recipe dialed in"

any way, hi all,

cheers :jnj :aaron

Hey there! Good to have you aboard! I would love to be able to brew up 20 gallons of my favorite recipe! That is, if I could just work on one....

Have you taken a picture of him in your brew kettle yet ( empty and not on the burner of course  )?
