Just started listening to the Lager archive...

Now, is Jon and Doc... they were both shit faced, right? Can you have one of them spell Ojad-tion? I had to keep playing it back over and over and I think they are saying Oxidation 
Can we have a do over on this subject but have other viewers share their set up for cold fermenting and lagering? I am sure there are a ton of great ideas out there floating around. Different people do the same thing different ways and get good results. It's always good to hear what others are doing.
Does anyone have a cave that they use for there lagers? That would be cool to see pictures of.
